About Me

I have been working in the fitness industry for 2 years. My love for fitness started at a very young age, playing sport. In recent years I have mainly focused on doing strength training, working alongside my own coach, as well as doing long distance running.

As a trainer, I have gained a humbling amount of knowledge in a very short period of time through a combination of working with an amazing coach, through my own training, working with physio's - all supplementing what I learnt during my studies. 

Being empathetic and non-judgemental towards my clients is something that is extremely important to me. Most of the mistakes that you will make in training and exercise, I have made as well during my early years. But having me next to you to help you past those difficulties you're facing will help you move in the right direction much quicker.

I always aim to bring my very best to each session. To the best of my ability, I always make sure to follow through on the promises and commitments I make. 

I also love creating and encouraging a positive atmosphere and training experience for each of my clients; putting an extra effort into making their training journey as enjoyable as possible. All I ask of you, is to bring your best and give it your all in each session.
